All orders will have a flat rate applied at the time of checkout, the rates are as follows:
- We do not assume customs fees for deliveries outside of Canada
- Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before tax
- Purolator/Canada Post prices: ($10.00 - Ground) ($15.00 - Express)
- Northwest Territories and Yukon Price: $20.00
- All rural addresses with a ‘0’ in the postal code as the second digit will be subject to a $2.00 surcharge
- Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent
Order Processing Times & Order Tracking
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they ship (weekends and holidays count as one 1 day). You will receive an e-mail confirmation, from Canada Post, with the shipping tracking number when your order ships. Occasionally, we may ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations to get your order to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will receive more than one e-mail containing tracking information from Canada Post. You can also track the status of your order in My Account.
Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. You may also cancel your order or parts of your order if it has not yet been dispatched by Tootsies Shoe Market. Tootsies Shoe Market will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. Tootsies Shoe Market also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
- You provide an unauthorized credit card
- We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
- You provide invalid personal details
- Any product is found to be off-price due to a systems error
Tootsies Shoe Market will notify you before cancelling your order.
